The XLSX export has a Log sheet and a Summary sheet. On the Log sheet each trip has distance, rate and amount, and the amount cell holds a real formula, distance times rate, so you can change a number and watch the total move.
The Summary sheet shows business, medical and charity totals in the US, the odometer figures if you entered them, and the rate sources.
Already have a spreadsheet?
Copy the rows out of Excel and paste them into the paste tab. The columns are date, from, to, purpose and distance. Tabs from Excel and Sheets are read directly, and a header row is skipped.
