Milepad is a calculator and record keeper. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice. Rates are taken from the IRS, HMRC and French tax administration pages named on each page and checked on 13 October 2026, but you are responsible for checking that they apply to you and for the accuracy of the trips you enter.

Pro is a subscription of $29 a year or $4.99 a month, billed by Stripe. You can cancel from your Stripe receipt, and Pro stays on to the end of the paid period. Refunds are at our discretion if something is broken; ask through the Stripe receipt.

The service is provided as it is. Keep your own copies of anything you need for a tax return, and use Save log file to back up a Pro log.
