Most printable logs are a blank grid. This one prints what you entered: a table of trips with the rate and amount on each line, the total at the bottom, the rate sources, and a line to sign.
Free logs hold 20 trips and the PDF has a small line of text at the bottom saying it was made with Milepad. Pro removes the footer and the trip limit.
To print
Add your trips, press Download PDF, and open the file. US logs use Letter paper and UK and French logs use A4. The columns are set to fit one page width.
If you prefer to fill one in by hand in the car, print the PDF with no trips added: you will get an empty table with the headings and the signature line.
